I anticipated to see this movie and it did not disappoint! It was fantastic! Great storyline, great effects, good characters and well chosen cast! Can't wait for the second one! Go see it!

A fun summer movie, but nothing you really haven't seen before. It's another superhero origin story rehashed in an overly familiar plot. I would've given it 2 stars if not for the jokes injected throughout the movie.

Comic book fans will no doubtedly enjoy this film. I personally didn't mind the film, but I can't help that 'deja vu' feeling.
This movie was alright, it tells the story of how Captain America came to be. The ending was the best, can't wait for the next part.

GOOD NOVIE
Not a bad movie however not the best comic book inspired movie either. The visual effects and the acting are superb but the way the story is presented could have been better.

Terrific acting from Chris Evans -- his portrayal of both Steve Rogers and Cap made this movie bearable. But for this Canadian fan, all the rah-rah-flag-waving-America-is-number-one bull made this torturous to sit through. Yes, it's part and parcel with the character (Captain AMERICA), but to make it such a huge part of the movie made it wearying for me as an audience member. Some terrific action sequences helped, but not much.
A good lead up to the Avengers movie, enjoyable light entertainment. If you've seen Iron Man or Thor, you know what to expect.
the movie was good but it didnt followed the comic book story plus captain america has more powerful enemies as compared to what was shown in the film
Best Captain America movie ever!!! It's not an easy movie to make and very hard to get rid of the cheesiness that comes with the story. Well done!
