Another super hero movie. Nothing special here. Very straightforward story.

The only thing that bother me was If the villian is the red skull then why is he neck red and showing?? It bother bothered me throught the whole movie other than that cant wait for the avengers!

very good summer blockbuster, great action, good story and not cheesy at all. they pulled off captain america, prefectly. only thing i might say is bad.. its a bit to long for my tastes, but over all great movie.

So much potential for this movie, but when it comes down to it, You have auto-turret targeting systems (Red skull uses 1944 radio equipment to do this inside of a room), you have plasma guns that bounce off the shield, etc. Its hilarious to suggest that they would even have this technology, but more so to suggest that Cap's shield is the counter-balance to this high tech weaponry. Basically every scene with Hydra ruined my suspension of disbelief, and this is me knowing that this is a comic book movie. If i was 12 I'd think it was cool... If i was a really stupid 12 year old.

Great movie. It better than i've imagine it. Great visual effects. You are hooked from the start of the movie. Some well placed humour. A must see on the big screen.

Did not have the action that I was looking for in a super hero movie, but it was a great way to lead the captain to the Avengers.

I really enjoyed watching this movie, so I gave it a five star rating. It really deserves it.

I'm totally crushing on Chris Evans right now. Eye candy aside, I love movies set in the 40s, and the hope and idealism of the era are so well entrenched in this film. I love it! I only wish the plot could have stayed in the 40s, but I guess, like all things, we must make way for the new -> Enter: The Avengers. The movie looks exciting - can't wait to watch it.

A good summer movie to watch on those sweltering hot days. Consistent story throughout and tight action scenes make me wish I had the super soldier serum too. Hugo Weaving an Aussie, thinking he would side with the allies, but instead plays a Nazi Hydra agent. A good completion of the three (with Iron Man and Thor) to build up for the Avengers....Assemble Avengers

An excellent summer blockbuster for all ages. There is a perfect formula of back-story, action, dialog and just a little bit of old-fashioned WWII patriotism. Captain America will make a great addition to the Avengers team.
