i went with my daughter, niece and mother,i can't remember the last time i laughed that hard for that long! even more interesting i forgot i was watching a cartoon i just got totally wrapped up in it! loved it!!!!

the movie engaged the kids from beginning to end!

this is one of my favourite books and while i enjoyed the spirit of the movie, i found the singing jarring and out-of-step. the characters were funny and engaging, especially the grandma (betty white). the theme and plot were strong and they really got the message across. the musical numbers were just wrong in this movie.

if found the movie a little on the boring side but my son enjoyed it. not one i would buy on dvd.

i gave this movie a 5-star rating, because it's a wonderful movie for parents and children alike, it has a great moral to it, and it is beautifully presented. a must see for parents with their children, and for anyone who cares about the environment.

the original environmental message is completely lost in an overly complicated love story. if you take your kids to this hoping for something meaningful, you've made a tragic mistake. go rent wall-e does not deserve to be called the lorax. should be called 'a movie vaguely resembling a classic but sanitized to render it useless.' may hit the 4 quadrants for a movie audience, but misses the real mark completely. boo.

took my 4 year old nephew and neither of us cared for it. pretty boring.

irritating, preachy movie. i can't understand how people can rate this child propaganda piece so highly. environmental propaganda and the cliche anti-business message. dr suess would never have allowed this movie to have his name attached to it. why can't our kids be given simple, good old-fashioned fun in movies anymore?

this movie is great for a family to see! kids will love it and so will parents. i saw it with my friend and we had a lo of fun. its a movie that will make you laugh.

awesome movie. great for the kids and the message was very thoughtful to those of us older. the animation was amazing and i just loved all of it.

nice post michelle and i agree with your thoughtful eelfrctions.me? i have a love/hate relationship with dr. suess. i usually don't mind reading them to my boys most of the time, but when it comes to fox in socks and oh say can you say, it gets a little harder to bear. my husband refuses to read them, he always makes me do it. i have been known to skip several pages at a time just to get it over with. one day they are going to catch on, but by that time i hope they will have moved on to something else.
