awesome movie. awesome story. awesome cast. clint eastwood, morgan freeman, and hillary swank are amazing. it is the type of movie that leaves something special behind and encourages everyone to try their best at everything. i cried throughout the whole thing and also clint eastwood was so sweet in the movie.:D:D:D:D a must see!!!!

This is the best movie i ever seen......some happy moments and some sad moments that would just make you cry! When I first saw this movie I thought it would be a boring and made no sence but after then it came to the boxing it started to get exciting....this is the best movie i`ve ever seen in the movies! Thats why you should go see it too!

This is the best movie I`ve seen in a long time. I can`t wait for it to get to video because I will be first in line to purchase it. I believe that Hilary Swank did an awesome job as well as Clint! If Clint would have won over Jamie Foxx for best actor at the academy awards, I wouldn`t have minded since I was rooting for Jamie!! Clint did his best work!! I`ve seen this movie three times already and every time it`s made me cry as if watching it for the first time.

Clearly the best picture of 2004. Its one of those rare movies that stays in your mind for days afterwards.

Very good story, and excellent acting by all. Sad story but well done. Glad to see it get so many oscars!

this movie is so unbelivably incredible its not even funny. i cant believe it i am only 11 and i love this movie so much. it did deserve the oscar for best picture!!if there was and oscar for best movie of the decade every 10 years"million dollar baby"would probably win!!this had everything!!action, drama, and a bit of comedy.hilary swank was absolutely amazing!!it is a very sad movie but i think it is the best movie ever made.i would give it 6 stars...if 6 stars existed!!!

Horrific. I wonder why Hollywood and the critics love these types of films. It`s in the same league as HOUSE OF SAND AND FOG & MYSTIC RIVER- morbidly bad things happening to extremely good people. This movie was not inspiring. A matter of fact, it was torture. If you love watching this type of unpleasantness than go ahead and see this. If you`re expecting an inspirational and charming tale of truimph do not even attempt it. An episode of fear factor is more inspiring. Over-rated and morbidly unpleasant. Clint Eastwood needs to cheer up.

Absolutely amazing film. So the ending wasn`t all rainbows and balloons, it was much better that way. Definitely deserving of all 4 Oscars it won. Aviator was good but Million Dollar Baby was incredible. A must-see fillm that is soon to be a must-own DVD. Clint Eastwood does it again.

Wonderful movie. The only thing that wasn`t plausible was Hillary`s perfect, bright white teeth. After all she was supposedly from a "trailer trash" background in the film. Other than that I thought the moving was gripping and a real tear-jerker. Very oscar worthy!

It was pretty good but it did not deserve to win best picture or best director!!!!! The Aviator was way better. and should have won best picture and director over this movie easily. I was very disappointed that the Aviator didn`t win those awards.

A splendid movie. One I`ll be buying on DVD for sure. Well deserved Oscar awards. Clint just keeps getting better. My favorite movie in 2005 so far. No sugar coated Hollywood ending either. Realistic and gripping. A must see!!

Beautifully done...Brilliant movie. Clint Eastwood did a great job in directing and staring in this master piece. Hillory Swank did a spectacular job. She stole the show. 2 kisses for this movie.

I never knew someone post operatively could talk with a cuffed trach on a ventilator? NOT. You had me up until that moment Clint but you dropped the ball big time on that one. Lost me after that. Yawn.

Possibly the best movie I`ve seen in the last five years [and I`ve seen some pretty excellent movies in that time]. I thought the dramatic turn at the two-thirds point was well conceived and the ethical problem involved, well thought out - and the consequences hinted at brilliantly. If this doesn`t win the Academy Award for best picture, the Academy needs its collective head read...

Truly, the best movie of the year... Hillary is awesome and deserves a second Oscar... All in all: Best Movie, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best supporting Actor and Best Director... Those are my votes come Oscar nite. A masterpiece.
