A very inspiring story

As a horsewoman myself, I was thrilled by the prospect of such a wonderful horse story, although this is truly a "tail" that everyone can enjoy. Having experienced a horse-related injury myself that is at the moment keeping me from the saddle, I was totally able to relate to Red during the movie. This film does such an incredible job of bringing the world of horse racing to life...the horses seem to run right off the screen at the audience! The camera work is phenomenal. The movie also does such a great job of covering the background of this time period in our country, and I was very impressed by that as well. Overall, one of my favorite

Amazing!! Best film of the year

I read the book a couple of months before the movie came out and I loved it. I then went and saw the movie its opening night. Having horses myself the movie really appealed to me. I don`t race horses in any big races but I race just for fun with my dad and my brother and sister.

You don`t have to be a horse lover to appreciate this movie. It`s a true testament to how strong one`s spirit can be in the face of adversity. The underlying message of this movie is that you should never give up on yourself, on life, on your family and your faith.

It was a realy good movie

"Seabiscuit" touches on so many emotions. It`s about heart, it`s about, indomitable spirit, it`s about not quiting, it`s about compitition, and much, much more. This is a true classic. You don`t even have to like hoarse racing to love this movie. My faith in filmmakers is back. Thank you for making this movie.

I though the movie was realy good because its based on a racehorse that people though will not race like War Admaril. So thats why I vote 5 stars instead of 4 stars.

I believe this is the best picture of this year and a classic for all time. It is a beautiful story of kindness and courage in adversity. All the actors did an amazing job including the horses. The race scenes are probably the best that have ever been filmed and put the audience right in the race. I have seen the film 12 times so far and I still am caught up in the emotion of it. We need more films like "Seabiscuit".

What a refreshing wonderful way to spend an evening. I recommend anyone and everyone to watch this wonderful movie. One of the nicest things about this movie is the fact that a lot of Canada was involved. I would recommend this movie to young and old alike.

What most people don`t realize is that this movie has a greater significance to all us right here at home. What they didn`t tell you in the movie (which they tell you in the book) Is that this amazing story STARTED RIGHT HERE IN CANADA!!! CHARLES HOWARD WAS CANADIAN, AND RED POLLARD WAS CANADIAN. But they didn`t say it in the movie because they American`s would not have liked to hear it. I just loved the movie so much I rushed to buy the book the next day AND THE BOOK IS UNREAL!! The book has the ability to tell the ENTIRE story and it will blow your mind.

Good film. A little slow for my taste. My wife loved it. 3/5 stars from me. 4/5 stars from my wife.

It is hard to believe the movie was this well done. Twice the audience applauded, loudly, when does that EVER happen at a movie. One of the best movies in at least the last 10 years, incredible.
