I cried my eyes out at times watching... I\ ve as well loved sharks all my life and I graduated art-school with the subject of sharks and the injustices towards them, and in just a couple of months I\ ll be in South Africa volunteering with the Great Whites - a wish coming true. I hope more and more people realize these awful facts and in turn spread the word. It\ s an awesome ducumentary although watching it makes me quite depressed and heartbroken. Rob Stewart - thank you!!!

What a fantastic movie. This isn\ t a documentary about sharks in so much as it\ s a documentary about us and our arrogance and stupidity. I congratulate you on your efforts and your bravery in the face of a corrupt legal system. Every day I become more and more frustrated and enraged at the folly of humanity. We know what goes on, we know the consequences, but yet we persist. Thank you for at least trying to open our eyes and shine a light into the dark crevices we\ d prefer not to see.

Amazing movie, one that I saw and was so moved. I have always adored asharks, and when I saw this movie I was changed. I couldn\ t wait to get the movie, when it came out I went to the store to find it was out, I had to wait a whole week to get it. I have always known I that I wanted to be a marine biologist, but I never knew this was happening to sharks. Thanks for the great movie.

I am a freshman at the University of Rhode Island, I am majoring in Marine Biology. Since watching Sharkwater, I have decided where I am going with my studies. I am going to save the sharks. I am going to be a shark conservationist. Rob Stewart, you are someone I aspire to be like someday. Thank you for inspiring me and giving me a direction. I am currently writing a paper on why shark populations are declining for my writing course and I will soon be beginning another paper on the over fishing of sharks for my resource economics course. The movie is one of my main sources of inspiration for both papers.

I just saw Sharkwater on Norwegian national television, and it completely blew me away. Keep up the good work! Here in Norway we try to do our best to preserve the endagered red list species of shark that we have. No Taiwanese purchasers dare come in our harpoons way...

I watched the film two days ago and still it brings tears to my eyes thinking about the cruelty and injustment that happens to this beautiful animals even at this moment now. I defenitely want to DO something, because this film reminded me of the reasons why I studied biology.

I\ ve alway been fascinated by sharks and the ocean but I didn\ t realize that they were in so much trouble. This is my favourite movie and really inspired me to try and save them. Just last week I convinced my global issues teacher to show the movie in class. ♥ sharks!

Truly shined light on the idea that people are afraid of something they do not understand. Sharks are something that i think a lot of people get general ideas about from movies and never took the time to realize how incredible and important they are to our world. This movie was amazing. Before my teacher put this film on, I was scared of sharks and nervous to watch it. By the end it ahd completly changed my view. I was completely shell-shocked and so were all my friends. We had been TOTALLY clueless to what had been going on, and were so surprised! Thanks so much for making the video, otherwise we never would have learned the truth.

The film was powerful and gut renching. I found myself yelling at the screen as the helpless creatures were butchered and left for dead. I have such respect for Rob and others like him who dedicate thier lives to fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves in the world of humans.
