J\ ai beaucoup aimé votre film; et j\ espere vraiment que tout le monde aura une image autre des REQUIN, car cela serais terrible s\ il venais à disparaitre de la TERRE.
I´m a costarrican, I know how this cruel reality is happening here in my dear country, I hope this documentary help to make consience about this, so world change of mind and become to be a nature protector civilization.
Currently getting my Diving Certification because I want to witness the oceans beauty. Saw this movie a few days ago and its very disturbing how Sharks and other animals are hunted and wasted. Great film Rob!
Made me go rent the JAWS series again... sooooo?
Still waiting patiently in Houston, TX. Please bring Sharkwater to our town.
I\ m a Costarrican, saw the movie and i agree that we all should see it. Mostly our government people. I will like to congratulate MARVIVA for their excelent job in ISLA COCO and all the effort to protect our marine biodiversity.
I saw last night, was great... images of the ocean beautiful spectacular places to dive. All the people in CR must to see the documentary to know the true.

These guys have the right idea! I live in a town called Tiburon which is shark in spanish and almost no one listens to me about this. Still haven\ t seen it but I\ m definately going to.
I haven´t seen the movie. Today (Nov.16th)is the premiere in my country, Costa Rica. I´m looking forward to seeing it!! I just wanted to let you know that there´s a campaign going on now in Costa Rica to save sharks from these atrocious acts. Malpaís, a Costa Rican musical group, has released a song about the topic, too. It is quite touching. Thank you for the awareness the film has brought to us all.
I can\ t wait to get this in my area. I e-mailed my local theater chain here in G.R., Michigan, and they are working on getting a print.

Rob, You and your staff, production crew are our heroes here in Miami, Fl at St. Timothy School. 420+ attended the film on opening day. Along with enjoying the beautiful cinematography, your exciting story and mission, our eyes were opened to the plight of sharks and our world. We will pass this message on to whoever we can. Keep up the great work!
hey rob, this is lainie and summer again, we heard that you were going to schools and giving presentations and we really want you to come to our school and talk to everyone because everyone thinks that sharks are maneaters and we try to convice them that they\ re wrong but they dont listen to us. so we need you to come to our school and change their minds. by the way we still think you\ re the most rad person to have ever walked this earth and you\ re our idol and we want to be exactly like you.
When i saw this movie, all i could say was \"unbelievable\" and all i could think was of how we, the dominating creature of this planet, can be so stupid the majority of the time. People just don`t get it, not only are we destroying an amazing animal, but we are destroying the oceans as we speak. Sharkwater was a very, very moving film. go see it, and take your friends with you!
I went and saw this documentary and it was one of the best movies I have ever seen. I reccomended it to all my friends and i also recomend it to anyone reading this that has not already gone and seen it
Ignorance is bliss. I had no idea that this was going on. The extent of this makes me sick to my stomach. I hope this helps slow or end this typical human waste. Fishing beacuse you need to feed your family is fine but the waste that goes on with shark finning is discusting.
what a beautiful sad film, i cried what are we doing to this beautiful planet, everyone should have to see this film it applies to so many things, one of course being the beautiful shark it also shows how a few people can make a difference wonderful job to all involved on this film, congrats does anyone know how and when \"people\" became so afraid of sharks it started way before jaws
This documentary is something everyone should see. Maybe then some will realize what we are doing and join the fight to stop it!
Sharkwater is to shark finning what the Inconvenient Truth is to global warming. Highly recommend this show to anyone both for the awareness it brings as well as the outstanding cinematography. Go see Sharkwater, then read about how Yahoo! has invested $1 billion in Alibaba, one of the leading peddlers of shark fins in the world. Read more about it at benthic.ca Then let Yahoo! know what you think.
I am just blown away! I have been fascinated with sharks for so many years. It is a family affair in my house. My son is an avid shark lover. I am so thrilled that someone is finally bringing this to light! Everyone should see this movie!!! Together we can make a difference!
Hey, I live in Sweden, how should I do to see this movie?
An amzaing catch. Sharkwater allows us to see and literally feel the devastation that is occuring to some of our most majestic and complex creatures.
Well I mightbeyoung but I know for sure when I grow up what i want to do and that is be a marine bioligist I havent seen the video but the trailer almost had me in tears
Saw the film with my husband this past weekend. I cannot stop thinking about it and the plight of those beautiful, misunderstood animals. Furious at those who inflict suffering and cruelty for the sake of profit. Grateful that Rob has given us some insight into this problem and hopeful that now more will be done to save the sharks.
amazing. changed my life and view on sharks forever,
Wow! I was speechless after watching this movie. I read and hear about what we are doing to the sharks, but the movie really brings the impact home. Thank you Rob Stewart!
A friend and I saw Sharkwater in late September. We were so inspired by the film that we started a club at our school to Save Our Sharks. We hope to spread awareness and eventually show the film to our peers as well as our club members. Rob did an absolutely amazing job on the film. Now it\ s our turn to do something as well. :)
Before this movie I was totally oblivious on what really happens to sharks, I had always been told that sharks are very dangerous and that they will attack us if we are in the water. But now after seeing this movie “Sharkwater” I have found a huge respect for sharks. This movie has change the whole way to I think of sharks although I wouldn’t want to swim with them I can see that they have only been misunderstood by many of us . Thank you so much for this fantastic film.
I saw this movie 2 days ago with my sister and 6 year old daughter. My daughter is very afraid of sharks but now she is saying she wants to be an underwater photographer and help save the sharks. My sister is not a fan of sharks but really like the movie. It is too bad they did not sink that ship that would have been a good ending.. I wish everyone would speak out not only for sharks but all the other sea animals that get hurt in the process. I loved the movie I have been waiting to see it for months!!
I have always had an admiration for these awesome predators, and I believe that this movie has come out at the right time. I hope that people around the world can gain some sense of awareness at the importance of protecting the shark population. Thank you Rob!
My friend Lainie left a comment earlier, and i just want to say that i am so happy that the movie is out, and I really hope it opens peoples eyes. When I tell people I want to be in the water with sharks, they make a stupid joke about how they are going to eat me, but its really the threat of people eating them that im worried about.
this movie is an amaizing picture, it really changed my life, i think that it is wrong to fish for ANYTHING and that sharks are really important
WOW! This was the most amazing film that I\ ve ever seen, and I hope that the whole world gets to see it. I did not expect to shed as many tears as I did, but the fisherman might as well have been slaughering puppies, it was so cruel! This film has motivated me to take action & write letters & do waht I can to save sharks, and I\ m sure it is making a huge impact around the world! Rob, thank you so much for making this film and opening our eyes!
I recently watched the movie and I was moved and touched and inspired , now I have a better reason to respect these wanderful creatures of the ocean. I live in Mexico in a bodertown where I see a lot ignorent people consuming these so called shark fin capsules, any other creature and living being can develope certain illneses and there is no abosolute cure from killing another living being such as sharks. Rob I want to thank you for this film it has trully opened my eyes. the respect for life, y que suspendan el aleto de tiburon a nivel mundial.
oh my gosh! this is the BEST movie i\ ve ever seen :EVER. i love your passion to save the sharks and underwater ecosystem and me and my friend summer hope to be just like you asap! your so awesome!!!! thanks for making the movie :]]
