drak very dark ,so i loved it

Saturday, May 21, 05:09:15 AM

This film is much better than the previous 2 films and rates as highly as the original 3.Of course the special effects are great .The space battles are the best I have ever seen but the plot line and writing in this movie are very strong. There were no slow spots and this movie wrapped up the series very well.

Saturday, May 21, 03:01:39 AM

Was very pleased in the plot development, the special effects, but thought this third one showed Annikan as giving in to Sidious much too quickly, too easily. That was my own negative comment about the whole movie. My kids loved it!

Saturday, May 21, 01:22:46 AM

Overall I gave the movie a 5-star rating from a fan`s perspective. The film on its own from a nn-fan perspective would be lower. All the questions were answered and this movie weaved itself into the first one well. The drama was intense at time and the battle scenes are top level. I do not tink this is the end of the series, wait until Lucasfilm release a sequal to the set.

Saturday, May 21, 01:17:47 AM

Extremely disapointing. I`m siting in the theatre thinking `hey, what ever happened to coninuity?`Any true starwars fan/movie buff wil know what I`m saying if the decide to go and see this disapointing piece of garbage.

Saturday, May 21, 12:31:19 AM

Definitely worth the price of admission. The action was non-stop and the battles were top notch,"Revenge of the Sith" ranks up there with the earlier trilogy movies. "Star Wars" went out with a bang! J.E.C

Saturday, May 21, 12:23:57 AM

i loved everything about the movie it was so unbelievably good. I found myslef jumping left and right in my seat during all the battle scenes. The only thing that i didn`t like was the childish android voices in the beginning. But for Star Wars, it ended perfectly.

Saturday, May 21, 12:11:00 AM

Just a few questions? in Episode 4 when ObiWon told Luke that his father wanted him to have his old lightsaber when he was old enough, did he just say that to get luke to jump on the bandwagon? cause I don`t remember anakin giving obiwon his lightsaber thingy. And who did darth voice in the costume? i didn`t see james earl jones in the credits. Other than that, Lucas made up for episode1 and 2 with this one. Episode 2 was all political giberish, this one was straight forward and simple, which was good.

phenomenal

Friday, May 20, 11:39:15 PM

Awsome, I want another serie to follow the original

Friday, May 20, 11:22:37 PM

WOW!!! it was amazing!!! Some of the dialouge was cheesey but overall amazing and the total transformation makes up for it!!! I didn`t like the Hayden`s acting in Episode 2, however, he did a much better job in this one!!! I`m so sad he turns into Darth Vedar, especially with how he turned into him and all the suffering he went through

Friday, May 20, 11:12:23 PM

Firstly, saw it at 12:01 Thursday morning-LOVED the whole experience (was even on news as I was the only one in a costume!), and loved it even more the 2nd time around (Friday afternoon)! Haha I sat in the exact same seat both times ..oh man.... I thought this movie was EXCELLENT! For those of you who think there was poor acting on Nat and Hayden`s parts, your beef is with the big man. I love George, but the dialogue was quite painful. Natalie and Hayden have both shown that they can act in other movies (ie. Life As A House, Closer, etc) so leave `em alone! The graphics were amazingly seamless-I really believed them! Especially the Mus

Friday, May 20, 10:02:32 PM

This was a fantastic ending to the saga!! I know some people didn`t like episodes I and II owing to the childish sense of humour (Episode I) and the cheesy love story (Episode II) but this movie rocked. Episodes III is the episode that we`ve been waiting for - it`s harcore, brutal action. The development of Darth Vador is amazing to watch.

Friday, May 20, 09:39:19 PM

Some of the writting was worse than a soap opera script!

Friday, May 20, 09:38:54 PM

Finally ties everything together and answers all my questions. Wonderful special effects and acting was better than the last episode. I only wish now that there would be an Episode VII released.

Friday, May 20, 09:32:25 PM

This really was the culmination of the tragedy that was Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader. It did pull it all together for those of us who saw the original. Couldn`t believe the post from the person who was shocked that AS/DV were one and the same. Guess they slept thru previous entries. I enjoyed it. Good theatre movie but might be too busy for video.

Friday, May 20, 09:06:31 PM

Easy the best Star wars ever It is what We all have been waiting for. Mr Lucas well done it was worth the wait

Friday, May 20, 08:57:55 PM

Revenge of the Sith is the best of the prequels and in my mind, the best Star Wars movie in all.....

Friday, May 20, 08:55:31 PM

why is there so many bad comments about this movie? i agree it wasnt AMAZING and wasnt AS good as the old 1s...but cmon! do u have any idea how much work and time it takes 2 make a movie like this? i agree the acting wasnt to good but the movie was awesome i really enjoyed it this movie deserves way better then what u ppl give it..

Friday, May 20, 08:40:22 PM

Great entertainment. Great special effects. The final piece of the puzzle that makes the overall story complete.

Friday, May 20, 08:34:24 PM

The best in the series. It ties up lose ends (more or less). Although it does raise some new questions about continuity between Episode 3 & 4.

Friday, May 20, 08:03:07 PM

It was Amazing, really put the two trilogies together.

Friday, May 20, 06:55:41 PM

Too disappointing. I had expected a more developed storyline to tie in all the threads.

Friday, May 20, 06:38:40 PM

I thought that George Lucas did a better job of storytelling but did not make powerful scenes anywhere in the movie. The effects carried the movie. I loved seeing the fact that there were more battles in space (something lacking in both episode 1 and 2). This movie is goode but not nearly as good as the original series.

Friday, May 20, 06:04:01 PM

Terrrrrrible...

Friday, May 20, 05:58:03 PM

Very defining and different. It attached the audience to the characters and took us through all of the emotions. Thank you George Lucas and Cast/Crew.

Friday, May 20, 05:11:42 PM

HATED IT!

Friday, May 20, 05:05:47 PM

A great completion to a great series... Best Star Wars ever... action and excitment...

Friday, May 20, 05:04:05 PM

Best Scene Closeup of Darth Vaders mask being locked on and hearing him breath for the first time through it. Cool

Friday, May 20, 05:02:50 PM

When the movie finished, I felt unfufilled. Some questions were answered in the movie, but for the die hard fans, there are some questios that Episode III can`t answer, and it seems to throw off the whole continutity of the Star Wars Universe. Still it was an enjoyable movie that I would want to see again, but this time on an IMAX screen.

Friday, May 20, 04:58:15 PM

The new school star wars will never compare to the classics i grew up with back in the day. It is not as capturing and too HOllYWOOD. May be better if they followed what they started in the same manner. Yes we have come along way in filming and such but sometimes the old is always the best.

Friday, May 20, 04:41:19 PM

The series ended on a dark note which had to follow the story line I suppose. It still did not change my opinion that it was a great film and finished the series strongly.

Friday, May 20, 04:39:06 PM

The comments of people who really disliked this installment(as well as other installments) of Star Wars really leave me quite confussed. I mean if you didn`t like the other two, why oh why would you even watch this one. As for this installment I believe that this could very well be the second best in the Star Wars installment, with Empire Strikes Back as number one! Excellent way of connecting Episodes I & II with light humour but also connecting Episode III with IV, V, and VI...all told quite well done.

Friday, May 20, 04:33:23 PM

Very disappointing. The acting was horrible. Do these guys not understand that Star Wars = Epic? Do they not realize they are part of a lasting legacy?? They didn`t put 10% of the emotion required to pull this off. It was all razzle dazzle for the eye, but no story to actually glue it all together... I weep for Star Wars and will simply have to blank out the first 3 episodes from my mind altogether.

Friday, May 20, 04:11:38 PM

Despite the disappointment of the first 2 episodes, mostly episode 1 though, this 3rd episode makes up for all the mistakes that the prequals have caused. Star Wars episode III was just phenominal, the pictures, sounds, storyline and connections between the prequals and the sequals were all just great. History in the making, truly one of the best Star War films Lucas has made. Nice finish to this 30 year old story, it has been great and breath taking. Science Fiction films will never be the same and Star Wars has set the bar higher then any other films that have came out in the history of the world.

Friday, May 20, 03:47:44 PM

The ultimate movie!!George Lucas for president!
