So Martin Sheen plays the guy who invented Uncle Ben's Stir-Fried Rice?
Uh just okay, nothing special
An unnecessary "darker" reboot, but truer to the original spirit of Peter Parker. Garfield especially strong in the title role. Martin Sheen wasted as Uncle Ben.

Fabulous acting by mr. garfield! even thought at 1st when I was looking at the movie in the theater, that he didn't quite fit the role. I changed my mind. He was quite good. It looked like he lost a little too much weight. a very well put together movie. i'd like to get it on dvd.
not as good as the first toby mcguire film, but they take a different approach to this one. i found that there were certain parts that were more cartoony whereas in different parts they went for a dark and gritty feel. i enjoyed the movie despite it's obvious flaws, turn your brain off and enjoy.
