The best action movie I have seen since Indian Jones.

Not quite as good as reading it, but very good movie just the same. I think it close to impossible to get an entire book onto film.

for the most part an enjoyable action film . This film is up there with films like ronin and the professional . Matt Damon is miscast ... someone like jean reno comes across more believable as a hitman ...

i thought this movie was horrible,there could have been a little longer storey at the bginning, and the action scenes sucked!

This was an awsome flick. Entertaining and exciting from beginning to end.. Definately a 5 star + rating...

Mr. Damon is not quite Jason Bourne; but very worthwhile.

i loved this movie. it is unique from most movies in the way that it presented you with the facts and the plot and you had to put some of it together yourself, and i very much enjoyed that. The chemistry onscreen was great, characters were well developed and as for the book... the book is great, but the two are so completly different that you can hardly compare the two... i happen to enjoy the movie plot more. It was well acting, well scripted and kept you interested all the way through... it has definately become one of my favourites!

Pure entertainment. From the moment the movie starts, you can expect to be well envelloped by the plot. Although the plot is not entirely unique, the concept of an oblivious narrator keeps the story exciting with every twist and turn. Surprisingly good performances from leading and secondary roles combined with convincing on-screen chemistry make this a film worth watching.

AS the movie stands on it`s own, it was entertaining. As a movie version of the book, it lacked detail and missed some key story points. Matt Damon is too young for the role!

Good film. Action/thillers Insomnia, minority report and spiderman better. But it was good. Better the sum of all fears.

I personally thought it too confusing. Too much info to grasp at once. Funny at parts.

Every feature in the movie was amazing, but just when the movie entered its plot everything sank. the plot surely needs something to spice it up, perhaps a better storyboard would be suitable; some of my friends even got confused when we exited the theatre.

most amazing actions scenes ever...

This movie was horrible. Action scenes were zoomed in way too close to see anything. Plot and script was like a soap opera. Chemistry between the two stars were very stiff an unbelievable. Matt Daman`s character was not believable as a super secret special agent killer dude. If you insist on seeing it, wait until its in a cheapo theatre - that`ll be cheaper then renting.

Matt damon is a great actor but the movie couldve gotten more action than romance!! take it from me the book is better!!!!!!! I heard that they were going to do two more films that was following the bourne identity which are:the bourne Suprmacy and the bourne Ultimatum CANT wait to see it!!!!!!!!!

Similar to, but not as good as "The Long Kiss Goodnight" which is a must-see.

The Bourne Identity had a good plot if you`re into to espionage it had a hint of mushiness and enough action.

This movie didn`t have the twists and turns I was hoping for, nevertheless, it was a-o-k in my books. Three star-er

It was a good action movie but a lot that was on the commercials wasn`t in the movie.

To say that this movie was based on the Robert Ludlum novel would be a bold-faced lie. There were only 3-4 instances where the movie resembled the book, which is WAY better than this movie. Matt Damon puts in a solid perfomance, but all in all, the movie leaves out way too many details, which makes for a confusing story-line. Hopefully the script writers will try to stick a little closer to the book in "The Bourne Supremacy"

The movie was good. The plot was very fine and not to forget the special effects. The fights were kool.......can say a good production keeping all factors in right shape.
