It simply blew my mind, I didn't expect it to be so dark and great. Cast was great and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.

Insanely AMAZING

Great movie all round... could not have asked for more. Anyone that says anything bad about this movie is crazy.

I saw 3 times within 24 hours, mind I did that with Spider-Man 3 which isn't even in the same league as the Dark Knight. 2 villains worked just fine in this unlike Spider-Man. My favorite scenes are Joker's little magic trick and when he's in the hospital visiting Harvey Dent. I absolutely loved Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker. I'm going to probably watch it at least two more times in the theater! =)

Words will never do this movie justice, nor will they ever be enough to praise Heath for his proformance. To put it simply I never saw the actor all I saw was the Joker. Go see this Movie, it doesn't matter if you like comic books or not. You will be hard pressed to find a more perfect film.

I LOVED every minute of the movie and I haven't really seen any of the other batman movies! Anyhow, Heath was simply amazing and its a huge loss (movie makers & movie watchers) that he is no longer among us:(

Everyone that says this movie is the best movie of the year is being modest. I think... no I know that it was the best movie I've ever seen. At first when I found out Heath Ledger was playing the role of the joker I was skeptical but he truly made the movie. The whole movie was amazing. The action, the effects, the acting, and the portrayal of Gotham. I'm so glad that this movie is 14A, it wouldn't have worked any other way. I could go on about this movie forever but I've just got one more thing to say about this movie, anyone who's given this movie below 5 stars is out of their mind and doesn't deserve to be in the movie theater of the best movie around.

Greatest comic book moive ever!!!!!!!!

This movie was amazing, way to go Christopher Nolan!!! Both the actors and their performances in the film were fantastic. Heath Ledger's portrayal of the Joker was dark and hilarious all at the same time, it is truly sad that he is gone because the world has lost a wonderful actor. Christian Bale is by far the best actor who has played Batman; Aaron Eckhart totally made me "BELIEVE IN HARVEY DENT" and in my book Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, and Gary Oldman can definitely do no wrong. The Dark Knight had everything that would make a movie worthy of cleaning up every award at the Oscars.

Best movie i have ever seen. Great performance by Ledger, i dont think anyone will ever come close to his performance of Joker. RIP Heath Ledger.

Another great story for the Batman fan. Not for everyone as most of the viewing public will not be able to follow a complex story. They require cookie cutter movies for their summer entertainment. Walk out of the movie and expect to hear, "I loved it, but I didn't understand":insert movie bit here.

Excellent movie. It is definitely the best Batman movie I have seen, but maybe not the best MOVIE I have seen. The characters are really well portrayed by the actors, but Ledger definitely is the one to be watched here. He was able to give the Joker trademarks that maybe Nicholson wasn't (the sound Ledger/The Joker makes with his mouth after speaking, for example). He should definitely be nominated for an Oscar and should probably win, taking into consideration the movies I have seen this year so far. Go expecting to see something that will keep you wondering about what's going to happen in the end, because it is not predictable.

BEST MOVIE EVER!!! Health Ledger totally stole the show!! They added a little bit of Two Face in there too. Classic Character:) Honestly GO see this movie! Excellent action

This is probably the most intense, convincing and entertaining comic book to film yet. We all knew heath ledger was a good actor but after watching this, you could see the type of potential for acting he had. It really made me sad that he's gone. Overall great movie and definitely worth checking it out for the night. RIP Heath Ledger.
