it really is more than what u expect

Took my son and brother to see the premiere of this and we all loved it! I grew up in the era of Transformers and this movie was amazing and took me back to the days of my sons age. Very well done and I cannot wait to see it again! You have to see this on the big screen!!!!! With the surround sound it is incredible! The vehicles and the comedy in it as well are fantastic.

Best action movie ever!

Great effects and some humour in just right for the kids and adults

well...great for kids, some childish dialogue, spectacular visuals, but hard for adults to enjoy, lame dialogue, transforming sequences overly complicated and fast, but overall a good summer film. oscar for sound editing for sure.

It could have been a great Sci-Fi flick because of the plot and special effects.Instead it became silly because of girly comments and unnecessary show of emotions.

I THOUGHT SPIDEY 3 AND PIRATES 3 ARE THE BEST FOR THIS YEAR BUT I WAS WRONG. I WAS A BIG FAN OF TRANSFORMER TOYS WHEN I WAS A KID BUT I NEGLECTED IT YEARS AGO AFTER GROWING UP. AFTER SEEING THE MOVIE I FEEL LIKE A KID AGAIN AND START LOOKING WHERE I KEPT MY TRANSFORMER TOYS. THIS IS THE THE ONE MOVIE THAT MOVIEGOERS MUST SEE AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT A TRANSFORMER FANS. IT'S WORTH SEEING AND PAYING FOR THE TICKET.

actually 4 3/4 out of five ...because a little short and IT could have a bit more definitive explanation for older and newer movie goers...too many jokes keep it straight and narrow ,,, more talking from the bots its their story not humans...very nice in all...bravo

Honestly, you don't have to know anything about 'Transformers' to enjoy it - simply AMAZING!! Great story, great actors, superb special effects, just enough laughs and this movie grabs you from start to finish and never lets go. Don't waste another minute, go see this movie, tell your friends, tell anyone that this is the MUST see movie of the year!!

Unexpectedly Amazing.

This was a totally awesome film! The effects were amazing, and the cast was great! The transformers were absolutely amazing to see come to life on the big screen.

I think they should have made the transformation less complicated. Looks good but a little too much, should've stuck with the transformation like the diecast toys.

Why are you suprised this movie sucked? Mike Bay's movie are always flash-bang-boom that have never had any substance, but still make money because people(including you people) are braindead idiots.

When the acting, plot and dialogue in a movie are terrible you at least expect compelling action scenes.
