It was pretty cool when the Transformers transformed but thats about it.

"Transsexuals, humans in disguise" this movie was crap...

thought Harry potter was better, but transformers is ok...

Anyoned thinks this is terrible, go back to school, you don't know what movies storyline and special effects means! this is a fantastic movie to watch, non-stop action that will blow your mind. Recommended A++

i cant really say i hate this movie, but at the same time, it wasnt really good. sure it had some "wow" moments, but it was painfuly cheesy and dreadfuly predictable. overall, michael bay did a great job with action scenes, but should stick to other films...4/10

Great effects and action sequences! My only complaint is that this is definitely "a Michael Bay Movie". I hope he's not back for the sequels. There were just too many cheesy lines thrown in and very little character development outside of Sam and Mikaela. I was disappointed that besides Megatron, the other Decepticons had no dialogue (Starscream had 2 lines I think). All in all though it's good summer fun...

A great movie. When you hear the title 'Transformers' you think of a kids movie. What a show! I would recommend this to everyone.

This is definitely the best movie I've seen this summer. Very cool! I haven't seen Harry Potter yet though. I think this film was very well done and plenty exciting.

Movie is great concept, but story stalls at a few points, some characters get "lost" along the way, and the camera work on the special effect shots seems deliberately blurry and jumpy but detracts from this being a great movie.

I was disappointed, that the cars are not the original makes, bumble bee is a VW Bug and Iron Hide is a Jeep, Optimus is a flat nose. But when you consider who is sponsoring the movie, makes sense. The action is great and the CGI is just amazing. Will I watch it again, yes, but more for the CGI and girls that the story.

First thing first the movies action and comedy combination turned out to be a success! What pissed me off the most was seeing a BMW 3 series, and a 740 and several others get crushed in every fight scene! If anything it was GM that deserved to get crushed! LOL. Other than that the movie was awesome saw it 4 times!

Pretty good movie, as long as you make sure to go into it without too many expectations. I went in expecting nothing more than a lot of stuff blowing up, and a gung-ho "yay America" message worked into the story somehow. I wasn't disappointed.

There IS one reviewer on this site that correctly summed up Michael Bay's TRANSFORMERS movie when he wrote "Retardedly amazing!". It is RETARDEDLY amazing...and so is the reaction to it.

Amazing effects but I must say, I left with a major headache and nausea from the on-screen action. Great cast...definitely for the teenage crowd. Shia Lebouf is a star in the making.

Special effects you sure they used them? I thought it was a documentary cause it looked like they just used a camera to film it in real life! BEST ACTION MOVIE IN A WHILE GO SEE IT AGAIN!
