Explains The Story More Than The Other Two

I generally don't go to see, Vampire / Werewolf / Scary Movies, but a friend wanted to see this movie so I went. I must say it was surprisingly a very good movie; visual and special effects were great, not too much blood or gore. It kept my interest and the story line was pretty good. The morphing scenes from human to werewolf were incredible, and the werewolves themselves were super cool. Even if you’re not a fan of so called Horror movies, this one would be a good one to see anyway.

This movie was fricken phanomonal..the story line was just aboslutley nuts and i loved the ending haha awsome movie.

Yes, the movie did seemed rushed, but I liked the special effects. I also thought the movie was well done, may not be as good as the first, but still a nice touch to the Underworld Trilogy. Lots of action, a lot of bloody scene's, and can't forget a little humor.

This movie was definitely made for Underworld fans. The ending was just perfect. I loved the wolf transformations. Very well done...not too long (thankfully) and not too short.

The movie lacked in plot and character development. The entire movie was rushed and the special effects were extremely poor. I definitely would've love to have seen more action. Unfortunately, it offered neither that nor intrigue. If the reason for all the deficiencies in the movie is budget acquisition, then perhaps the viewers can forgive some of the part but not all.

There is still missing information in the movie... There needs to be that point where there is a "Fall of the Lycans"... (ie. Lucian's Legendary death and cutting of Skin, When or how Tannus got Exiled, Selena's family and turning, etc..."

I thought this movie was excellent. Sure there were some questions as to how they hooked up, blahblahblah...my guess is that they started liking each other since childhood. It was interesting to see the intensity of their love and how everything fell into place. It was very sad to see the father turn his back on his own daughter. I recommend this movie. Good prequel.

Kate is not in this movie....LOL. She may look like her, sound like her, but it isn't her. Not a bad movie though.

Great movie! I have the other 2 Underworlds as part of my movie collection, and this will surely be added. Although i thought that it could have been longer so to explain some things. One, why the tension and dislike between Sonya and her father, Viktor? Two, how did Sonya and Lucian even hook up? And i also thought the movie didn't show how powerful vampires and werewolves are... especially vampires. They seem to be not as strong in this movie as they were in the other 2. But then maybe overtime they evolved into stronger, better warriors... Still great action, and i would for sure see it again.

the camera work was really shotty at some points, which made me mad. If you liked 1 an 2 you'll love this 1. Decent plot, if your looking for holes you can find em but if you just wanna watch the movie then you wont care.

This movie was put together very poorly, it was merely a history lesson to milk all the money they can out of you. The first two movies provided enough information on the history, because of this reason I will NOT!!! watch anymore movies in this series.

If you liked the first two movies for reasons OTHER than Kate Beckinsale in tight-leather, you'll like this movie. The run-time of it should be enough to warn you that there is virtually NO character development for Sonja even though her death was supposedly the spark that started the war between Vampires and Lycans. 3.5/5 stars from me.
